广东省农业投入及其对农业现代化的影响

通过农业比较投入率的国际、国内比较及对广东省实现农业现代化所需时间的估算,得出广东省现有农业财政投入与社会经济发展阶段不相适应的结论。农业财政投入力度不足的诱导作用加剧了金融资本在比较利益驱使下从农村系统的退出,使农村系统资本短缺的现象更加严重。文章认为应当对农村系统的资金流动及相应软环境建设给予足够重视、采取相应措施以确保广东省农业现代化如期实现。

The Agricultural Input and Its Impact on Agricultural Modernization in Guangdong Province

The internal and international comparison of comparative agricultural investment rate and the practice of agricultural modernization of Guangdong disclosed a serious shortage of financial input on agriculture. The latter has lagged behind the phase of social and economic development. The insufficient financial input on agriculture incited the withdrawal of financial capital from rural system and aggravated the existing acute shortage of financial capital there. It was suggested that more attention should be paid to the fund flow of rural system and its soft environment construction. Measurements are to be taken to ensure agricultural modernization of Guangdong Province to meet the deadline.
