| 摘 要： | 针对世界范围内有越来越多的女性创业者崛起的现实，指出从创业动机和社会资本视角观察女性创业可以得到许多有意义的结论。认为在我国的特定社会经济环境下，女性的生存驱动型创业对社会资本没有要求，相反，社会资本少，反过来成为促进女性创业的原因之一；而女性机会驱动型的创业对社会资本有较高的要求，创业女性通过社会资本获得了企业存在和发展的关键性资源、机会和支持。

| Abstract: | The popularity of female entrepreneurship has been dramatically increased recently. To examine the female entrepreneurship from the perspectives of the pioneering motivation and social capital,some instructive conclusions can be obtained.Under the special circumstances of our culture and economy,as far as the female pioneering work is concerned, the life-pushing requires less social capital than the opportunity-pulling and more social capital means that the female entrepreneur can get key resources,opportunities and supports for their pioneering work. |
