| Abstract: | The diagnosis of the "Poverty Syndrome" in western regions is addressed. It is held that the development of the educational resources in western regions should be combined with the economic development in the regions. Furthermore, the paper suggests that in the development of the educational resources in western regions, the ideas should be renewed, the structure be readjusted and more talented personnel for the development of western regions be cultivated. |
