| 摘 要： | 学生伤害事故是教育法学的一个重要研究课题,也是目前教育界、法学界及其他有关社会各界关注和争论的热点问题。为此,查找和分析中小学学生伤害事故产生的原因,提出相应的具体对策与措施,对于最大限度地预防和减少学生伤害事故具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Students injury accidents, which is concerned and contended as a focus in education circles, law circles and other interrelated circles at present, is an important research topic. It is very important to search and analyze the causes to students injury accidents in primary and middle school and put forward some corresponding concrete measurement and contermeasures, which will help to prevent and reduce students injury accidents to a minimum. |
