| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the time-dimension and the space-dimension of environmental law, including the past, the present, and the future in time-dimension, and nature, humanistic spirit, the scope between nature and humanistic spirit in space-dimension. It indicates that there are speciality, universality, and three-dimensional effects in the characteristics of environmental law, and shows that they influence environmental legislation, the structure of environmental law and the tendency of the development of environmental law. |
