作文育人环境建构初探

如何在学科中实施素质教育是农村中学新课改中亟待解决的难题。语文学科作为基础学科,特别是语文学科中最具实践性、自主性和人文性的作文教学,开展素质教育大有可为。而创设一个充满生机和活力的环境,则是实现作文育人目标的关键。创设作文育人环境,一是应当致力于目标的建设,注重发挥目标的导向功能;二是需要对整个环境资源进行优化组合;三是要建立以人为本的激励机制。只要从人的发展出发,创设充满生机和活力的育人环境,做到人文素质培养和学科素质培养相结合,就能实现素质教育目标。

Exploration On the Construction of Education Environment of Composition

How to implement the quality education is a problem which is in urgent need of solution among the new secondary school curriculum in rural areas. Chinese subject is as the basic academic subject, in particular, the most practical, autonomous and humanistic composition writing teaching is promising to carry out the quality education. Moreover, the creation of a vibrant and dynamic environment is the key to achieve the goal of composition writing education. To create composition wriling education environment, firstly, we should devote to the goal construction and pay attention to the goal-oriented function; secondly, we should optimize the entire portfolio of environmental resources; thirdly, we should set up ＂people-oriented＂ incentives. As long as we depart from the development of people, create the education environment full of vigor and vitality, and combine humane qualities euhivation and academic qualities cultivation, we can achieve the goal of quality education.
