| 摘 要： | 目前学界对高校助学贷款偿还陷入法律困境的原因进行了多方探析,把对学生的诚信教育不到位,没有建立个人信用法律体系,没有建立有效催款机制,助学贷款偿还法律制度力度太小等归结为主要原因。这些观点未能触及助学贷款偿还法律困境的最根本原因,即助学贷款之所以难以偿还,主要是因为绝大多数贫困学生没有偿还能力。

| Abstract: | Scholars discussed the reason of the repayment dilemma of student loans. It is stated that the main reasons are the lack of honesty, the establishments of personal credit legal system and reminder mechanisms. However, these views did not explain the primary reasons for student loan dilemma. The primary cause is that most of the poor students do not have the ability to repay their student loan. |
