| 摘 要： | 文章以明代汇编式杂著《小窗幽记》为原本，通过对中国古代学者人生视野的审视与思维方式的考察，对其中涉及的管理心理思想进行了系统的梳理与概括，归纳出人力管理、目标管理、自我管理等管理心理思想的特质。
