| Abstract: | The article shows the necessity of the tenders and bids, and strengthens the analysis as well as the management countermeasure in universities. Finding the problems, the author proposes to strengthen the supervisory, the countermeasure and the suggestion to cut down on expenditures by the realization, and exhausts the possible few funds to obtain the most superior projects, commodities and good after-sale services. |
