面向大型企业的集团采购管理系统构建研究

集团采购有利于形成规模效益,降低企业的采购成本,现在我国大型企业集团越来越多,集团采购逐渐成为今后企业采购的主要形式,但现阶段还没有成熟的集团采购管理方法和手段。在现有集团采购管理系统的基础上,通过对工作流程的分析,构建了新的集团采购管理系统,把合同管理、基础数据管理、运输商管理、供应商管理等功能集成到系统中,形成系统的管理体系,从而大大提高集团采购管理的效率,降低采购的成本。

Research on Group Purchasing Management System Construction in Big Company

Group Purchase is beneficial to getting scale benefits,to reduce the purchasing cost in China.Group Purchase gradually becomes a major form of the enterprises purchases in the future,which are not mature in the group purchasing management methods.Based on the existing group purchasing management system and the workflow analysis,this paper establishes a new group purchasing management system,which integrates contract management,data base management,transport operators,supplier management functions to the system,thus forming a systematic management system,which improves the efficiency of the Purchasing management group and lowers the purchasing cost.
