| 摘 要： | 井冈山时期的民主建设对推进当前农村基层民主建设有着重要的启示，主要体现在：从实际出发、勇于探索民主建设新路，领导干部模范带头践行民主、切实维护群众利益，领导干部敢于接受和切实落实民主监督。它有助于消除人们对农村基层民主建设的思想认识误区，实现“管理民主”的目标。

| Abstract: | The democratic construction＇ in Jinggangshan period sheds great lights on promoting current grassroots democracy in rural areas. Its enlightenments include： starting from realities and searching new approaches to democracy; officers being exemplar in practicing democracy and safeguarding mass people＇s interests; the leadership＇s brave receiving and promoting democratic supervision. The democratic construction in Jinggangshan period helps eliminate people＇s misunderstanding of grassroot democratic construction in rural area and realize the goal of ＂administrative democracy＂ . |
