中国私营家族企业的生命周期在很大程度上取决于其产权结构以及由此所决定的管理模式。家族企业起步阶段的产权结构,一般体现为家庭或家族产权的“一股独大”,而这种产权结构又极易导致以血缘、亲缘和姻缘为纽带的家族管理模式。如果任由产权结构和家族管理模式长期徘徊于起步阶段而不加创新,中国家族企业的生命周期就很难得以延长。逐步实现产权的多元化和管理的职业化,是中国家族企业实现可持续发展的必然选择。

A Study on the Sustainable Development of China's Kindred Enterprises

The lifecycle of China's kindred enterprises rests largely on the property right structure and the management mode derived from it.Generally speaking,this property right structure of kindred enterprises is the manifestation of the family or kindred property right's "domination with a single substantial stock" in its initiative phase,and is liable to lead to the mode of kindred management linked together by kindred,relation and marriage.If this structure and mode are left untchanged,lingering where it is as before,it will certainly be difficult for China's kindred enterprises to extend their lifecycle.The only choice for China's kindred enterprises to achieve sustainable development is,consequently,to multiplize their property right structure and to professionalize their management.
