| 摘 要： | 价值观外交是美国外交政策中的一大特色。以商业精神立国的美国,其占主导地位的价值观是个人主义。在经济日益全球化的今天,美国的个人主义价值观本身已处于全面危机之中;后冷战时期,美国政府把传播美国价值观在其全球战略中提高到非常高度,其实质是实现美国国家利益的工具;美国的价值观外交害人害己,注定要失败。
