| Abstract: | According to the goal set by the Party's central comnmiittee of building new socialist rural areas and a Xiaokang society in an overall way,water conservancy in the background of the new socilist rural areas building must adapt itself to the development of the new socialist rural areas building.The authors analyze and summarizes the existing problems in the rural water conservancy of Shenyang,such as water pollution,security of drinking water,soil erosion,water ecological environment and infrastructure building for irrigation,drainage and water supply,and in view of the existing problems in the rural water conservancy building in Shenyong puts forward measures and suggestions on how to conduct the rural water conservancy building in the background of the new socialist rural areas building. |
