| 摘 要： | 在西部大开发的新形势下,榆林市的经济进入“跨越式”的发展阶段。但要使各行业协调发展,构建“和谐”榆林,如何增加农民收入、建设社会主义新农村和实现农村劳动力的转移,应是当前和今后一段时间着重解决的问题。

| Abstract: | Under the new trade of the development of Western China,Yulin economy is undergoing "big stride" developments.The coordinated developments among all industries,establishment of a "harmonious" Yulin city,improvements of pesent's income,building socialist new village and tranmision of agricultural labor remain to be the most concerned problems to be solved both now and future. |
