| 摘 要： | 我国西部生物遗传资源极为丰富,但近年来资源破坏、流失严重。因此应该通过货币、技术、知识产权等各种方式,依法对生物遗传资源所在地区进行适度的补偿,建立生物遗传资源国家补偿机制,使我国西部宝贵的生物遗传资源不至于被破坏或流失。

To arouse western enthusiasm, we should compensate appropriately these areas due to protecting biological genetic resources by currency, technical, intellectual property and so on. Let western valuable biological genetic resources not to encounter destruction. |
