| 摘 要： | 猪支原体肺炎是严重危害养猪业的一种慢性、接触性传染病。长期以来，该病主要依靠抗生素进行防治，但是随着病原体抗药性的产生和人们对食品安全的关注，抗生素类药物在该病治疗中的作用越来越受到限制。因此应用免疫学方法来防制该病日益受到重视，并有望成为主要技术手段。目前，猪肺炎支原体的免疫学研究主要集中在猪免疫原性、宿主免疫应答和疫苗研制等方面。

| Abstract: | Macoplasmal pneumoniae of swine （MPS） is a chronic and conductive disease that could damage pig industry seriously. For a long time the treatment for MPS principally depends on antibiotics that has been limited with the resistance of MPS to counter antibiotics and improvement of civil attention to the ood safety. So immunization of MPS has been taken seriously and it will be a principal technology to prevent and treat MPS probably. At present the esearches on immunology of MPS has focused on immunogenicity and immune response in pigs as well as exploiration of vaccine. |
