| 摘 要： | 本文利用问卷调查和定量分析的方法研究了自尊心、焦虑、冒险心、移情、抑制和性格的内外向对英语学习者口头交际的影响，指出情感因素对语言学习的效果起着举足轻重的作用，并在此基础上提出了一些促进教学的建议。
