| 摘 要： | 从道德和法律层面对信用问题进行了分析,探讨了信用危机产生的原因,认为信用危机产生的根源在于法治精神的缺失,提出了在全社会倡导以理性为核心的法治精神来消弭信用危机的法律对策。

| Abstract: | This paper first analyzes credit in moral and legal sense, then investigates what causes the credit crisis, points out that the source of credit crisis lies in the lack of spirit on rule of law, and eventually proposes that the whole society should advocate the spirit on rule of law with rationality as its core so as to eliminate credit crisis. |
