榜样示范教育的心理机制与创新改革

摘    要:榜样示范教育有其内在心理规律,这一规律是以情感为核心的移情作用的体现;榜样教育示范作用发挥的条件是必须构成对现实人的思想道德意识的改变,树立正确的人生观、价值观。新时期思想道德教育应遵循心理规律并结合现实加以创新运用,树立新的榜样观,注重从工作中培养典型,防止榜样宣传极端化,健全榜样的社会信用体系。

Abstract:Example education has its own psychological laws which takes emotion as its focus,performing an empathic function.The exertion of example educational roles involves both the change of modern people's morality and ideology and the establishment of correct philosophy and axiology.The moral education in the new period should follow the psychological laws,combining it with reality for creative application.The established new concept of examples should emphasize the training of examples,the publicizing of anti-extremity,and the perfection of examples' social credit system.
