| Abstract: | The education cost sharing theory was studied, combined with actual conditions to analyze the feasibility of the individual and family affordability of higher education tuition fees in Shaanxi. By using SPSS, a model was made, which can predict the standard of the higher education tuition fees and it also referred a way to guarantee the tuition system smoothly in Shaanxi. |
