| 摘 要： | 独立学院主要根据社会对人才的需求进行人才培养定位,其培养目标应定位在＂高素质应用型＂人才,正因为人才培养定位有别,所以独立学院在人才培养模式上必须有自己的特色,才能在市场竞争中占有一席之地。为此在人才培养过程中更应注重基础理论和实践技能、动手能力和创新能力的培养,以使教育适应社会发展,为社会服务的人才。

| Abstract: | The goal of talents training in independent institute is formulated by the demand of society;high-quality and practical talents should be cultivated.Independent institute must have its own characteristics in cultivating talents to win the competition in the market.Therefore,in the process of cultivating talents must pay more attention to basic theory,practical skills,creative ability and the innovation ability training,educating the talents who can adapt to the social development and serve the society. |
