| 摘 要： | 编辑基本理论知识和专业知识的缺乏,编辑培训、进修机会的缺少,以及日益恶化的学术环境等是目前制约学报青年编辑成长、发展的主要因素。为使青年编辑顺利成长,尽早成才,必须排除干扰和影响,积极创造有利条件,促进青年编辑成长成才。

| Abstract: | The lack of editor's basic theorietical knowledge and professional knowledge,edit training and opportunities for further study and worsening academic environment are the main factors to restrain young editor from growing up and developing.In order to make the young editor grow up smoothly,become a useful person as soon as possible,interference and influence must be eliminated,and favoural conditions must be created to promote the development of young editors. |
