| Abstract: | In the tenth five year plan course, Guang Dong province will be developing towards industrialization, urbanization, IT, globalization and so on. To meet with this development, Guangdong's higher education, as an important base of training, of knowledge innovation and of management creation, will certainly be the guarantee of providing wisdom and technology. Thus its axis position in the national economy and social development will become increasingly salient. |
