| 摘 要： | 多年来大学英语教学一直在进行改革与创新,在这一变革中教师由传统教育模式下的中心地位转变为"以学生为中心"教学模式下的辅助者。新的教学模式与教学方法促使教师的角色发生转变。教师只有尽快适应角色的转变才能更加有利于教学,取得较好的教学效果。

| Abstract: | For many years,college English teaching has been being in the progress of reform and innova- tion.In this situation,teachers' role has been changed from the center of tradition education to an assistant of learner-centered teaching pattern.The new teaching pattern and teaching methods urge the teachers' role to be shifted.Teachers only adapt to teachers' role shift as soon as possible that teaching can benefit from it and gets fairly good teaching effect. |
