| 摘 要： | 《卫拉特法典》是我国近代蒙古民族的草原固有法。《卫拉特法典》以藏传佛教为其立法宗旨,意在将经教政治相结合,形成具有凝聚力的民族意识。藏传佛教的渗透与影响,缘于法律文化的传承、蒙古民族的吸纳性格及宗教意识的培育。对《卫拉特法典》的研究有助于我国当代民族法制建设。

| Abstract: | Mongolia Code of Wei-la-te"is innate law of prairie of modern Mongolian nationality in China.With view of legislation of Tibetan Buddhism,the code's law aims to form the ethnic consciousness with cohesive force by jointing politics with religion.The infiltration and effecting of Tibetan Buddhism passes on the legal culture,and open nature and the cultivation of religious consciousness of Mongolia nationality.Research on the "Mongolia Code of Wei-la-te" is conducive to the construction of the ethnic legal institutions of our time. |
