| 摘 要： | 在图书馆中引入知识管理是知识经济对图书馆提出的新要求,图书馆的文化建设对于其知识管理的实施有着重要影响。文章分析了图书馆文化建设对于知识管理的重要意义,并论述了知识管理对图书馆文化建设的新要求。
