An Approach to the Path of Development of Western Rule of Law

Western countries are classified into the "endogenetic law-ruling countries" where rule of law evolves logically out of the following three elements. The first is the political tradition of balancing among plural powers; the second is the cultural and ideological tradition of the supreme of law; the third is the long history of commodity economy. Insights from an analysis as done in the paper are definitely helpful to countries that are undertaking construction in rule of law.
