| 摘 要： | 近年来,国际贸易发展与环境保护之间产生了大量的冲突。环境成本的外在性不仅会污染环境,而且会产生不公平贸易,影响一国产品的出口。因此,实施环境成本内在化是解决环境问题以及协调贸易与环境发展的最根本途径。随着贸易与环境关系问题研究的不断加深,研究贸易与环境的协调对于我国正视绿色贸易发展面临的形势、积极采取应对措施、促进可持续发展战略的实施等均具有重要的理论和实践意义,从而最终实现我国贸易发展与环境保护的双赢目标。
