| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the distribution of the ethnic minorities in Yunnan and their educational quality, the paper proposes that to improve their educational quality should be one of the important parts in vitalizing China through science and technology. Accordingly, it is emphasized that importance should be attached to developing the human resources so as to accelerate the educational development, which is the urgent and fundamental task in vitalizing Yunnan. |
