| 摘 要： | 创新能力的培养是研究生教育的灵魂,而开展创新思维的训练则是创新能力培养的核心,学习创造技法和进行实践活动是提高创新能力的重要途径。在研究生培养中,结合研究生的特点,充分利用国内外创造教育的研究成果和方法,营造宽松、活跃的学习环境,建立规范但又灵活的管理运行机制,将能更好地调动研究生的积极性,激发他们的创新热情并开展创新活动。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of innovative ability is the soul of graduate education. The core of cultivating the innovative ability is to train students' innovative consciousness. The main approach to cultivating the innovative ability is to learn the innovative skills and do some hands - on experiments. In the process of graduate education, we should adopt the advanced methods and make the best use of the findings of the innovative education abroad so as to create a relaxing and lively study atmosphere and establish a regular and flexible operation mechanism to arouse students' enthusiasm for innovative activity. |
