云南农村教育改革与发展思考

云南作为农业大省,有着丰富的资源,但长期以来云南的发展都受到人口素质的制约,农业人口教育落后状况与社会经济发展高要求的矛盾日渐突出。西部大开发国策的实施,为我省社会经济全面发展提供了宝贵机遇,本文就农村教育改革如何服务、适应西部大开发,从扫育、义务教育、职业教育等几个方面进行了初步探讨。

Some Thoughts on the Reform and Development of the Rural Education in Yunnan

Yunnan is a large agricultural province with rich natural resources. However, the development of Yunnan has been restricted by the poor quality of the peoples. The contradiction between the backward rural education and the high requirement of the social and economic grows in breadth and in depth. The implementation of the national policy on the western development provides the valuable opportunity for the social and economic development in Yunnan. In light of the illiteracy elimination, the compulsory education, and the vocational education, this article discusses how to reform the rural education in order to serve and meet the needs of the western development.
