| 摘 要： | 素质教育是面向21世纪高校教育改革的方向。本文针对培养学生的创造性问题,从改革培养模式、转变教育方法、改进教育评价方式和评价标准、改革教学管理制度四个方面阐述了看法,提出把创新能力的培养融于教学改革的全过程。

| Abstract: | The quality oriented education is faced with the trend of the higher education reform in the 21st century. In view of the cultivation of students' innovative ability, the paper puts forth our views concerning the reform of education models, the change of educational evaluation standards and the reform of the educational administrative system. The paper also argues that the whole process of teaching reform should compromise the innovative ability training. |
