刘少奇发展中国社会生产力思想主要从两方面展开执政的中国共产党和人民民主专政的国家政权之中心任务问题;实现前述任务所要遵循的道路、原则和手段问题.关于前者,他着重阐明了一切以经济建设为中心,集中力量发展社会生产力的思路;至于后者,则着重论述了走适合中国国情的社会主义工业化道路,利用资本主义建设社会主义,生产关系要与生产力水平相适应,改革不利于生产力发展的经济运行机制和管理体制等思想.

Study of Liu Shaoqi' s Views on Developing China' s Social Productive Forces

Liu Shaogi's views on developing China's social productive forces mainly follow the two points, the central tasks of the Communists as the ruling party and the state power of people' s democratic dictatorship; the ways, rules and measures to accomplish these tasks. About the former, he mainly expounds the view to concentrate on developing social productive forces, putting the priority on economic construction; about the latter, he mainly states that, China should take the advantage of captalism to construct socialism by the way of socialist industralization suitable to China' s conditions; production relations should be adapted to the level of productive forces; the operation mechanism of economy and administration system unfavorable to the development of productive forces should be reformed.
