对我国风险投资财务管理的新思考

经过几十年的实践,风险投资已发展成为一个庞大的产业.我国风险投资事业起步虽晚,近年来也迅速升温.但还要清醒地看到,随着国内外环境的变化,我国风险投资的发展还面临着许多矛盾和困难,制约着我国风险投资的发展.我国风险投资发展中的财务管理活动相对于传统来说有其新的发展和突破.当前,解决风险投资财务管理的问题,尤其显得重要.本文从风险投资与财务管理的内涵和特征出发,提出了我国风险投资财务管理存在的问题及对策.

New Views on the Finance of Risk-investment in China

Through several decades of practice, risk investment has developed into a huge business. Though risk investment commenced late in China, it has been expanding rapidly these years. However, we should see clearly that there are still much disorder and problems which constrain the development of rist investment in China. Relative to the tradition, the financial management activities on risk investment in China has its new progress and breakthrough. It is now particularly important to solve the problem of financial management and to seek countermeasures for China's financial management of risk investment.
