| 摘 要： | 公司并购是市场经济条件下社会化大生产发展到一定阶段的产物。针对并购行为的经济学研究,凸显出并购行为在盘活企业存量资产、优化有限资源配置、促进产业结构调整、推动企业形成规模经济与提高企业竞争力等方面所发挥的积极有效的作用,显示出它对现代经济生活的影响力。
