试论马克思“建立在公共占有基础上的个人所有制”思想

共产主义作为每个人自由而全面发展的社会，是建立在“公共占有的基础上”的“个人所有制”基础上的。马克思的自由个性是以个人所有制作为存在的物质前提的。长期以来，马克思所说的个人所有制的思想没有得到正确的理解，其中的一个重要原因，是因为人们对所有剥的理解停留在传统的社会主义观念的基础上。而马克思理解的个人所有制与建立在整体主义基础上的公有制有着完全不同的内容。澄清这种区别对新时期社会主义的发展有重大的理论意义和现实意义。

Marxism of free individuality takes single-owner businesses as its material premise. Marxist thought of single-owner businesses hasn＇t been understood correctly for a long time. One of its most important reasons lies in people＇s understanding. They keep their understandings of ownership on the conventional communism concept. However, Marxist single-owner businesses are quite different from the public ownership that is based on the whole public. As a result, clarifying the differences will play great practical and realistic significance to the development of new-time communism.
