物联网技术与物流企业竞争优势实证研究

物联网时代物流企业获得竞争优势的主要途径是利用日益提升的客户主导权和移动融合技术所带来的各种便利性,加强物联网技术的应用能力.物联网技术的应用能力与物流产品竞争优势不仅高度正相关,而且还存在着因果关系.然而,受客户主导权影响较深的移动融合便利性不能有效地影响物流企业物联网技术的应用能力.为此,本文通过实证分析客户主导权、移动融合便利性、物联网技术应用能力、物流产品竞争优势等4个变量之间存在的因果关系,阐明了为物流企业竞争优势提高其物联网技术应用能力的有效对策.

An Empirical Study on IOT Technology and Competitive Advantages of Logistics Companies

The main way that logistics companies gain competitive advantages in IOT era is strengthening the practical abilities of IOT technology with the increasing customers’ dominant right and all kinds of convenience of mobile convergence.The practical abilities of IOT technology and the competitive advantages of logistics products have highly positive correlation and causal relationship.However,the convenience of mobile convergence,which influenced a lot by customers’ dominant right,can not effectively influence the practical abilities of IOT technology in logistics companies.This paper analyzed the causal relationships among customers’ dominant right,the convenience of mobile convergence,the practical abilities of IOT technology and the competitive advantages of logistics products,and clarified effective countermeasures for improving the practical abilities of IOT technology to gain competitive advantages of logistics companies.
