摘    要:组织绩效的好坏将影响到组织的生存和发展,如何评价组织的绩效和分析哪些因素影响组织的绩效是理论和实际工作者们感兴趣的课题.本文从不同的角度和层次分析了评价组织绩效的指标体系,并对影响组织绩效的因素进行了研究.

Abstract:Organizational performance is of vital importance to the existence and development of an organization. Many theorists and practitioners are interested in how to evaluate organizational performance and analyze the affecting factors of organization performance. From different perspective and level, this paper analyses the index system of evaluating organizational performance, and then studies the affecting factors of organization performance.
