Comparison between Traditional and Modern Environment Law and its Enlightenment

Traditional environment law refers to a system which gives priority to economy and centers on the prevention against environment pollution.Modern environment law gives consideration to both economical and ecological benefits, both pollution prevention and resources protection,and includes the system of sustained development spirit.The two laws differs from each other in legislation spirit,protection subjects,and law value.Environmental law should be modernized and remain developed in society,economy and environment protection.
