| 摘 要： | 建立适当的管理模式直接影响到管理效能和组织效能的提高.文章认为管理模式要符合管理理念,提出合乎民族文化、民族道德的思想理念是建立特色管理的基础和根本.同时,在文化比较的基础上提出了构建中国特色管理模式应当考虑的因素,并从理念的角度给出双三角式的管理模式.

| Abstract: | Establishing suitable management model affects the management efficiency and the organizational efficiency. The management model must accord with the national idea. The idea based on national culture and national morality is the foundation of building the characteristic management. On the basis of cultural comparison, this paper puts forward the factors to be considered of establshing the managment model with Chinese characteristics and gives the double-triangle mangement model from the angle of philosophy. |
