| 摘 要： | 如果说五联网是继报刊、广播、电视这三大传统大众传媒之后新兴的“第四媒体”，那么BLOG则是继EMAIL、BBS、ICQ这三大传统网络交流工具之后新兴的“第四网络交流工具”。因为它所具有的诸多特点是传统网络交流工具所无法比拟的。思想政治教育工作者作为意识形态领域的捍卫者，必然不能忽视这一重要传播工具的影响。

| Abstract: | If we see internet as ＂the fourth media＂ that rises after the other three traditional mass medium - newspaper, broadcasting and TV, we can also see blog as ＂the fourth internet conversational tool＂ that rises after the other three traditional internet conversational tools-email, bbs and icq, because blog has much more characteristics than the traditional mass medium. Ideological and political education workers are guard of the ideological domain. So they must not neglect the effect of this important disseminative tool. |
