试析东亚经济一体化的内部制约因素——国际政治经济学视角

人们对东亚经济一体化前景普遍悲观,这是由众多制约因素造成的。东亚各国国情差异、不对称相互依存、外向型经济、民族主义观念及现实主义思维、所谓的“安全困境”、日本的消极态度、中日关系障碍、核心国家牵引动力的缺乏和国际合作机制缺失等各种消极因素,从不同领域不同方位释放阻力,阻滞了东亚一体化进程。其中,民族主义肇始的安全疑虑和政治歧见的“裂变”,影响尤甚。

An Analysis of the Internal Restrictive Factors in East Asian Economic Integration

People take a gloomy view of the prospect of East Asia Economic Integration because of the many restrictive factors.In East Asia,the diversity of the countries,the asymmetry interdependence,the export-oriented economy,the ideology of nationalism and realism,the so-called "security dilemma",the passive attitude of Japan,the obstacles of Sino-Japan relation,the absence of driving force from core states,the absence of the regimes of international cooperation,all produce obstructive factors from different fields.It is these factors that obstruct the progress of EAI.Security distrust and political bias caused by nationalism are the Key factors.
