| 摘 要： | 心理健康教育是高校工作的一个重要方面，应对大学生心理问题的关键是加强心理素质教育，着力提高学生的心理调适能力。从管理体制、心理健康教育三级网络模式、学生心理危机干预机制、心理咨询制度、心理健康教育队伍、课程建设等方面努力构建科学完整的大学生心理健康教育体系，有利于帮助大学生解决成长与发展过程中遇到的各类问题，全面提高大学生的素质。

| Abstract: | Psychological health education is an important aspect of varsity undertakings. The key to cope with university students＇ psychological problems is to emphasize more on psychological quality education and to focus on the cultivation of their adaptability. To build up a perfect psychological education system comprising of management, education, intervention, consultation, consultants and courses will be conducive to the solution of various kind of psychological problems encountered by university students in their growth and development. |
