| 摘 要： | 知识经济、教育产业化与教育国际化要求高校构建与之相适应的校园文化。当前我国的校园文化建设存在着共性多、个性少 ;重门面 ,轻内涵 ;重制度、轻行为 ;重学生、轻老师 ;重实用、轻精神等弊端。要从服务社会、突出特色的指导思想出发 ,建立起“实而不华”的校园物质文化、与时俱进的校园精神文化和科学可行的校园制度文化
