摘    要:作者详细地分析了明代哲学家李材的《大学》改本 ,并将其与朱子的《大学章句》做了认真比较 :按照朱子的理解 ,则《大学》一书的基本结构应为 :三纲、八目 (经 )———三纲释、八目释 (传 ) ;此“三纲八目”结构成为一种“典型”。此后数百年间 ,人们在阅读、理解《大学》时 ,无不受其影响。李材的《大学》改本则对此有所突破 :李材以其“止修”学说为基础 ,提出了一种以“知止”、“修身”为中心的 ,全新的《大学》义理模式。李材改本为我们更加深入全面地理解《大学》一文提供了新的视角 ,值得予以关注

Abstract:This article analyses the revision by Li Cai of the Great Leaming, comparing it with the one by Zhu Xi. In the view of Zhu Xi, the Great Learning consisted of the classical text and its commentary. The former brought forward mainly three cords and eight wires, and the latter explained it term by term. In the following several hundred years, this conclusion was accepted by the majority of scholars in history. But Li Cai didn't think three cords and eight wires were the very core of the Great Learning. In his opinion, Zhi Zhi (resting in the highest excellence) and Xiu Shen (cultivating persons) were more important. So Li Cai put forward his theory of Zhi Xiu (Zhi Zhi and Xiu Shen). According to this theory, he revised the Great Learning in a different way from his predecessors.
