技术革命、制度变革与商业模式创新——论商业模式理论与实践的若干重大问题

技术革命和制度创新是当代社会的基本特征,二者都是促使代表社会进步的增量空间形成的积极因素。论文探讨了技术革命与制度变迁如何借助于商业模式创新,从而导致增量空间形成、壮大并趋于稳定的过程。在总结商业模式的功能、总体结构、基础构件以及模式效能等核心概念的基础上,提出并论证了商业模式功能实现的四种驱动因素(Driven Factors),根据商业模式容器理论,提出了一个商业模式进化模型,该模型将商业模式进化分解为四个阶段,探讨了进化各个阶段商业模式的功能特征、构建重点、进化动力。根据该进化模型,归纳了商业模式创新研究的重大问题并提出了这些问题的分析框架。

On the technological revolution, institutional changes and business model innovation, the major theoretical and practical issues on business model

As the basic characteristics of modern society,the technological revolution and institutional innovation are key factors in promoting the incremental space—an indicator of social progress.This paper discusses how the technological revolution and institutional changes bring about the development,strengthening and stabilization of the incremental space by means of the business model innovation.On the basis of discussing such essential concepts as the function,the overall structure,the basic components and the model effectiveness,this paper points out and testifies the four driven factors of the successful business models.The paper also proposes an evolutionary model based on the container model.According to the model,the evolution of business model falls into four stages.The function,the focus and the evolutionary force of each stage are discussed in great detail.This paper also lists the major issues with regard to the related research and suggests tentative solutions.
