| Abstract: | Along with the development of the reform of management system of the higher institutions, the power frame of the interior of the higher institutions is recombining. The student power is the important constituent of the power structure in higher institution, and strengthen it has important meaning for the perfection and balance of the distribution of the rights in the different parties in our higher institutions. |
