| 摘 要： | 生态文明理念的发展,生态主义伦理观的提出,要求中国的自然资源法必须进行理论创新.文章基于人与自然和谐发展的理念,以生态文明与法学理论为契合点,分析了中国自然资源立法的现状,并充分结合中国经济社会的实际发展,以资源型社会为基础,提出了完善自然资源法的相关措施,从理论上为自然资源立法在困境中寻找解决的对策.

| Abstract: | With the dramatic development of ecological civilization and ecosystem doctrine,theoretical innovations of natural resources law in China are required.This paper describes the status of natural resources law in China and analyzes its main problems in the context of human and nature harmonious development.According to the actual situation of China's economy,we present the corresponding perfect measures which help the natural resources legislation go out dilemma in theory. |
