| Abstract: | Two Leaps" refers to the two strategic measures and the two stages in China's agriculture
reform process, put forward by DENG Xiao-ping, which is a scientific generation of the rule of the
historical experience of agriculture modernization process in China. It is important to deeply understand
this conception and to be armed with it in dealing with the current three-agriculture problems. |
